Fez Medina

Medina SellerOn Sunday we went on our first guided tour of the old medieval part of Fez, Morocco, arranged through Sue’s school, ALIF. The amount of stuff to catch the eye is crazy and the potential for claustrophobia is out of hand. People live their entire lives solely in the medina (old city) which strikes me as almost unfathomable. Our first trip by ourselves we got hassled by some youngsters who just wouldn’t quit. This time was more peaceful.
Here’s a little photo gallery from our adventure:

Yay! Pictures!! Now I believe Sue is in Morocco. I don’t know about Len though. I know he likes to climb ladders, perched on tractor buckets, scoping out for nests?!? It looks beautiful there!!! Great picture of Sue!!

    This doesn’t look like Encino.

Are you seeing many tourists? Are people friendly?

Do you need an alcoholic care package?

Wow! The streets look so much like a scene from “Raiders of the Lost Arc” . Is Len dressing like Indiana Jones? What is the food like? Is it like the price fix joints in L.A.? How about the nightlife? Where do you do your laundry? Do you have a telephone? What is your address? When can I come over to visit? Have you made new friends?

I get it now! This was just a way for Len and Sue to go get nifty Halloween costumes. Happy Halloween!
